Stefana Saxton serves as a Business Excellence Innovation Leader for Business Excellence (BEx®) at Black & Veatch where she works with internal and external clients to identify, prioritize, and execute mission critical business improvements and innovations that add value to the company, its business partners, and clients globally. Stefana has worked with clients in healthcare, finance, engineering, programs, operations, information technology, manufacturing, and development.

 

We had a great conversation about development and in particular her upcoming session, Innovation, the Art of Being Wrong at The LPPDE North America 2017 conference in San Jose this September. In her session, she will demonstrate how organizations must embrace failure to accelerate innovation.
